Expect to find a low of snow and be prepared for the cold weather at the altitude it enjoys. The drive to Bomdila is quite interesting. As we progress we can shall encounter the flat tea estates of Asaam. At Bhairabkunda we shall cross the borders of Assam state into Arunachal Pradesh state from where on our ascend to the mighty Himalayas start. Incidentally at Bhairabkunda to the Western side we shall also come across the Country border of Bhutan. The way up to Bomdila is quite tiresome with most times of the year the roads being badly maintained and frequently ridden with landslides and road blocks. On reaching Bomdila there are not many interesting sights around other than the sights we encounter on the way and hence you can just relax for the evening in your hotel rooms.
