**General terms of trips operating as package :
**Stay - Includes accomodation in 1 room with extra bed on request.
**Meals - All meals except dinner(unless dinner / party / barbeque is incuded in the activities).
**Activities - Cost of Activities included shall be reimbursed.
**Flexi Plan - Flexi Plan allows travelers to opt for packages only on days of their choice and other days pay only the base price of the trip.
**Reimbursement - Traveller has the option to arrange and pay for accomodation, meals and activities and get reimbursed the allocation allowed for the inclusions after deducting the charges.
The reimbursement amount for the days can be reduced from the final payment for the trip.
