This Refund Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the refunds for any payments made towards any services offered by FavRoute.

Policies

  • Any transactions that are non committed will be refunded back to the customers original payment method, with in 7 working days.

  • On payments made by customers, a full refund will be made, with in 7 working days, only if the service request has not been initiated.

  • If any service has been initiated through FavRoute and the same has been engaged through our third party partners or service providers who offer the services, then the issue of refund is as per the discretion of the service providers.

  • FavRoute will charge a 25% fee on all payments refunded, on services that has already been iniiated by Favroute or through the service providers.
